AALAM - A social group trying to enlighten the future of students who are in need of financial support for their studies.The Idea was started by a group of students(K.S.R college of Tech) during their college days and finally came alive by the February 2010. It was started with only 5 members and within two month of time the members in group have raised to 28.All of them were working in different companies and are contributing for the group from their monthly salary.
How it Works:
We are having a separate account for AALAM and all the members will drop in their donations monthly to that account.(we dont have any minimum limit coz even a 50 or 100 will help) Our only request is that we want all our members to stay with our group and continue to donate till last.
Every year june or july we will select poor students who is good in studies and will adopt them for their studies.Student whom we are going to adopt depends on the average amount collected every month and the response from our new friends.This social group is started with a aim of making our salary worth by lighting someone's life with education.
Once the student is adopted the student will be in direct contact with us and all his fees will be given straight to him or through some trustworthy.
All his bills will be scanned and the copies will be send to you by mail or will be posted in this blog for reference.The students complete details will be posted here in the blog, so that anyone from our group could contact him.
