Greetings from AALAM!!!
As you all know that we do yearly sponsorship for school students, this year we planned to sponsor school amenities listed below for an Orphanage in Hosur, Krishnagiri District.
We request all of you to accompany us while going to orphanage. We also have designed a new T-shirt for our Educational trust as a measure of promotion of our trust. This will be ready by the time we visit orphanage.
The probable time for visiting Hosur orphanage will on the end of November or Start of December on any Sunday depending on the response from our members.We request you to send your probable dates on November Last week to December second week if you are interested to come . It would be very fine if all of us could spare any weekend for the students also we could get to know about other members in our group.Let this be an opportunity for another nice get together of AALAM Members as previous year.
The Agenda will be :
- Meeting AALAM members in Hosur by 10.30 am
- Visiting Orphanage by 11.30 am
- Lunch with orphanage children by 1.00 pm
- Chatting with students
- Sponsoring the school amenities to all students Individually 4.00pm
- Leaving orphanage by 5.00 pm
- Thanks giving meet in Janani Garden by 5.30 or 6.00 pm
Amenities to be Sponsored:
- School Bag
- Geometry Box
- Set of Pen & Pencils
- Notebooks.
